Description:
Incoming (Rates for incoming calls) – shows the per-minute cost of an incoming call from Latvia in the country of your stay.
Outgoing (Rates for outgoing calls) – shows the per-minute cost of an outgoing call to the country of the destination subscriber from the country of your stay except for the countries specified in the Extra table.
Description:
Incoming from LV (Rates for incoming calls from Latvia) – shows the per-minute cost of an incoming call from Latvia in the country of your stay (Only for tariff №2).
Incoming (Rates for incoming calls from other countries (except Latvia) – shows the per-minute cost of an incoming call in the country of your stay.
Outgoing (Rates for outgoing calls) – shows the per-minute cost of an outgoing call to the country of the destination subscriber from the country of your stay except for the countries specified in the Extra table.
Outgoing Intranet (Rates for outgoing calls between Novikontas Connect cards) –shows the per-minute cost of an outgoing call to the country of the Novikontas Connect destination subscriber from the country of your stay.
Calls beyond the following countries will be charged at standard rates.
Description:
SMS – shows the cost of sending a text message from the country of your stay.
EU SMS – SMS between EU countries.
SIM Menu SMS – SMS sending from SIM Menu.

GPRS Internet – shows the cost of the data transfer via GPRS. The rating step in EU is 1 KB, is other countries – 10 Kb.
Description:
Extra rates: shows the per-minute cost of an outgoing call to the country with added value, which is added to the outgoing call rate for the country of your stay.
Example: In case you are in Russia, the cost of an outgoing call to another country (including Russia) will cost 0.42 EUR, but in case the call will be to country form the Extra table, for example in Belarus, call will cost 0.42 EUR + 0.12 EUR = 0.54 EUR
