How to contact the Technical Support Service?

If you forgot the Technical Support Service phone number, you can also find it in the SIM card Menu. Select Menu > SIM Menu > Settings > Customer Care, wait for the incoming call, press the Call button and wait for the connection with the Technical Support Service. (Attention: the support calls are free of charge.)

You can contact the Technical Support Service even if your SIM card balance is zero. In this case you need to send a text message and it will be available only through the SIM Menu. Please consult section “How to Send SMS?” for the text message sending procedure.

The phone of the Technical Support Service is +371 2222 0000.

You can also call the Technical Support Service by dialing 096 and pressing the Call button.

Note! This service is available in working days 9:00-18:00 (UMT/GSM +2).
