Call Forwarding

You can activate all income calls forwarding in the SIM card of Novikontas Connect with the service Call forwarding to any phone number.

Activation and Deactivation of the Service Call Forwarding.

If you have the SIM card of Novikontas Connect, suppose with the number +3712222ХХХ and you would like to forward calls to the SIM card with Latvian number +3716111ХХХХ.

Step 1: Type input command on the phone with the SIM card of Novikontas Connect:

* 146 * 088 * 3716111ХХХХ # (instead of 088 also is acting code 88) click on the button  Call. A message that an activation code is sent to you can see on the phone screen display. It will come to your Latvian number in the form of SMS and will contain 4-digits confirmation code, for example 1234.

Step 2: Re-type input command but including an activation code, for example: *146*088*3716111ХХХХ *1234# (instead of 088 also is acting code 88),

where 1234 is the activation code from the sent SMS in Step 1.

The activation code is valid for 10 minutes and is billed as SMS from SIM Menu.

Having done Step 1 and 2, you saved your user number for call forwarding and tied it to the SIM card of Novikontas Connect. This means that exactly this number will display for outgoing calls of the called party. If you do not want that to display it, please deactivate the service and perform Step 3.

Step 3: Deactivate call forwarding from the SIM card of Novikontas Connect to the Latvian number – repeat Step 1. A message that the preservation service is disabled will be displayed on the phone screen, but the forwarding will remain an active.

Important! When you deactivate the service the forwarding number is stored in the SIM card settings.

After completing allthese steps (steps 1 to3), thesubsequent activation or deactivation of the service Call Forwarding can be carried out as follows:

• To activate the service dial on your phone code 902 (if your phone does notsupport direct dialing, dial  *146*902*) and press on the button Call. The service is activated, and the calls will be transferred to the phone number that appears in your Personal cabinet.
• To deactivate the service type the same code 902 (or *146*902 #) and press on the button Call. Service is deactivated.

If you would like to change the forwarding number, you need to make all actions again (steps 1 to 3).

The service Call Forwarding is billed as well as incoming calls.
