"00" or "+" – country code - the called subscriber’s number
then press the Call button. Depending on your phone model, the following message will appear on the display: “Wait for Call”. Wait for the incoming call, then press the Call (Accept Call) button again and wait for the connection with the destination subscriber.
If your phone model does not support automatic outgoing-to incoming call conversion, then, in order to make the call, you have to do the following steps:
Select Menu > SIM Menu > Settings > Activate service and enter code:
- 1221 in the Enter Service Code box, then press OK.
- 1211(for Samsung phones, which were made till 2007 year) and press OK.
To reset, select Меnu> SIM Menu > Settings > Activate service then enter 0000, in the Enter Service Code field and press ОK.
If after entry of above-mentioned code your phone still does not support the automatic call conversion, try to make call in manual mode. To do this, dial the destination subscriber number in the following order:
*146*00, country code, destination subscriber number, symbol #, and then press the Call button, wait for incoming call, press the Call button again and wait for the connection with the destination subscriber.
In case none of above-mentioned steps helped you use the Service, please call the Technical Support Service: 00371 22220000.
The use of USSD technology is impossible in Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates, therefore, to use the Service, you will need to switch to a special mode by using the SIM card Menu. To do this, select Меnu> SIM Menu > Settings > SMS Mode, select ON on the Menu page that has opened and press the Enter key. After switching on SMS Mode a call will only be possible by means of the text message and in this case the cost of the call will be added by the text message price.
