Access to «GPRS»
- Activate service “Data Transfer/GPRS”.
To activate the service, dial code 903 (in case the phone doesn’t support the direct dialing, then – *146*903*), then press the Call button. The service is now activated.
To deactivate the service, dial code 903 (or *146*903*) once again and press the Call button. The service is now deactivated.
The service “Data Transfer/GPRS” can also be activated or deactivated through your Personal Cabinet on our web site http://connect.novikontas.lv. All you need to do is check or uncheck service “GPRS” in section “Edit”.
- Configure your phone:
- APN: travel.lv
- User Name: leave blank
- Password: leave blank
- If you connect your PC (personal computer) to Internet by using your phone with a roaming card as a modem:
SMTP server in the mail program settings: mail.travelgprs.com.
Note! Before enabling this service make sure, that your phone supports the data transfer service.
How to configure APN in my smartphone?
How to configure data network in iOS:
- Go to Settings → General → Network
- Under “Network” settings select “Cellular Data Network”
- Add APN (below post)
- Leave Username and Password blank
- Done
How to configure APN settings in Android:
- Go to Menu → Settings → Wireless & networks
- Select “Mobile networks” and then “Access Point Names”
- Click “Menu” and then “New APN”
- Enter Name and APN (below)
- Leave Username, Password and other entries blank
- Save and activate
How to configure APN settings in Windows Mobile 6.5 (Samsung):
- Go to Start → Settings → Advanced settings
- Select “Connection” and then “Connections”
- If you don’t have modem connection – Click “Add a new modem connection” and then enter any name of connection
- In the field “Access point name” enter your operator APN
- In the field “Select modem” choose “Cellular Line (GPRS)”, enter “Next”
- If you have modem connection – Click “Manage existing connections” and then “Modem”
- After that click “Edit” and “Next”
- In the field “Access point name” enter your operator APN
How to configure APN settings in Windows Mobile 6.5 (HTC Sense):
- Go to Start → Settings → Wireless controls
- Now select “Menu” and then “Connections”
- If you don’t have modem connection – Click “Add a new modem connection” and then enter any name of connection.
- In field “Access point name” enter your operator APN
- If you have modem connection – Click “Manage existing connections” and then “Modem”
- After then click “Edit” and “Next”
- In the field “Access point name” enter your operator APN
How to configure APN settings in Windows Mobile 7:
- Start (menu) button
- Choose Settings from the program list
- Make sure the system settings are selected in the panorama (and not the application settings)
- Scroll down to cellular (which is shown in the left screenshot above)
- Click on the edit APN button to hard reset your Windows Phone 7 device
- Enter the APN settings: APN, username, password (which is shown in the right screenshot above)
- Confirm by clicking on the left check-icon in the slide-up menu
How to configure APN settings in Symbian Nokia C6 (in older version, maybe another configuration):
- Go to Menu → Settings → Connections
- Select Access Point → Options → New access point
- Fill in Connections name
- Select Data bearer → Pocket data
- Fill in Access point name: travel.lv
- The APN settings are now complete

- Setup the APN by going to Options → Advanced Options → TCP
- APN: travel.lv
- Username: (blank)
- Password: (blank)
