How to top up SIM card balance?

You can replenish your SIM card balance in the following ways:

• In our office by yourself, your family or friends paying in cash. Recharge occurs simultaneously with payment. Also you can buy the Voucher in our office and replenish the balance using option in SIM Menu.

• In the bank or Internet bank. In this case, recharge occurs on the next day after payment is received.

Important! You should provide  us with a  telephone number, which balance you want to replenish, in the box “Payment details”.

• On our website (novikontasnc.lv) by a Credit Card (except American Express). In the box“Balance top up” you should enter your phone number (for example: 2220XXXX) and choose the amount for replenish, then click to “Add”. After that you should enter your credit card data and click “Add”.
  

After specifying all the information, your credit will replenished during 30 seconds.

Note! During replenishing balance through the site, you will be moved to a secure interface. All information about your credit card will be sent directly to the authorization server and will not available for Novikontas Connect.
